If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
Trademark policy
Permission is automatically granted to use "zion" in the domain name of any product or service related to Zion Builder - even commercial projects - i.e. ZIONwhatever.com, whateverZION.com, etc. is allowed. You don't need special permission from us - just do it. Allowed: zionwhatever.com Not allowed: zionbuilderwhatever.com .You need permision from us to use the ZionBuilder name or logo as part of any project, product, service, domain name, or company name. We are happy to grant permission in the following instances: - The project is non-commercial - The primary purpose of the project is to promote Zion Builder. If your project meets these criteria, you will be permitted to use the Zion Builder name and logo to promote your project in any way you see fit with one exception: do not use "Zion Builder" as part of a domain name. Zion Builder-related businesses and projects can use the Zion Builder name and logo to refer to and explain their services or products, but can not use them as part of a product name, project name, service name, company name, or domain name. Additionally, they can't be used in any way that suggests an affiliation with or endorsement by Zion Builder.
Services
Zion Builder is your premium website builder for your WordPress website. Our builder is sold as a digital download through our website. You may also receive support through our website via email or our support forums. By using our Service, you’ll be able to design your website at the fraction of the cost of hiring a web designer.
Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Zionbuilder.io for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may not:
- modify or copy the materials
- use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
- attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Zionbuilder.io;
- remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Zionbuilder.io at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.
You can NOT use Zion Builder Pro or Zion Builder LTD in WordPress Themes, in SaaS services or any commercial projects.
You are not allowed to resell PRO or LTD licenses, this will automatically terminate your license.
You are allowed to use it for clients that you are building a custom website for or doing custom work on an existing website.
A client is someone for whom you are:
- Building a custom website
- Doing custom work on an existing website
A client is not someone who:
- Has bought a theme or plugin that you sell
- Has purchased a premade website from you
You may not bundle Zion Builder as part of another product, service, or include it as part of a hosted service.
You can use the Zion Builder Free version in commercial projects.
Disclaimer
The materials on Zionbuilder.io website are provided on an ‘as is’ basis. Zionbuilder.io makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
Further, Zionbuilder.io does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.
Limitations
In no event shall Zionbuilder.io or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Zionbuilder.io website, even if Zionbuilder.io or a Zionbuilder.io authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. The following is a partial list of the kinds of activities that are prohibited on or through the Service: (a) submitting Materials that are patently offensive to the online community, such as content that promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual; (b) engaging in activities or submitting Materials that could be harmful to minors; (c) engaging in activity or submitting Materials that harasses or advocates harassment of another person; (d) engaging in activity that involves the transmission of “junk mail” or unsolicited mass mailing or “spam” or harvesting or otherwise collecting personally identifiable information about Service users, including names, phone numbers, addresses, email addresses, (collectively, “User Data”) without their consent; (e) engaging in activity, or submitting Materials, or promoting information that is false, misleading or promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libelous; (f) submitting Materials that contain restricted or password only access pages, or hidden pages or images; (g) submitting Materials that displays pornographic or sexually explicit material of any kind; (h) submitting Materials that provide instructional information about illegal activities such as making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone’s privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses; (i) submitting Materials that contain viruses, Trojan horses, worms, or any other similar forms of malware, (j) engaging in activities or submitting Materials that solicit passwords or personally identifiable information for unlawful purposes from other users; (k) engaging in unauthorized commercial activities and/or sales without our prior written consent such as advertising, solicitations, contests, sweepstakes, barter, and pyramid schemes; (l) using any robot, spider, other automatic device, or manual process to monitor, copy, or “scrape” web pages or the content contained in the Zion Builder website or for any other unauthorized purpose without our prior written consent; (m) using any device, software, or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Service; (n) decompiling, reverse engineering, or disassembling the software or attempting to do so; or (o) taking any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the Service or our hardware and software infrastructure or that of any of our Licensors or Suppliers. In addition, you covenant and represent that you will not use the Service in violation of the law or these Terms of Service.
Affiliate program
All Zion Builder affiliates agree to the affiliate program contract, which you may review here: Affiliate Program Terms and Policies.
Subscriptions and Payment
After browsing our web site you may be interested in purchasing Zion Builder. You will be required to submit payment information to do so. To process our payments we use PayPal, Stripe.com. You must agree with their terms and conditions before paying for any of our products.
Zion Builder offers various subscription packages. This subscription will automatically renew at the end of the year, and you will be automatically billed at the end of your term for the next year if your subscription is still active. You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging in to the Zion Builder dashboard area and navigating to the Account > Subscriptions page. If you used PayPal to purchase your account, you may also cancel your subscription from within your PayPal.com account. If you do not cancel by the end of the year, you will be automatically billed for the next year.
Refund Policy: We offer refunds to any unsatisfied customer up to thirty (30) days after the purchase was made. If you would like your money back, simply contact us by describing the problem and request a refund. We do not offer refunds if the license is misused.
Taxes: You are solely responsible for any applicable state, federal, or provincial taxes. Although you may not be charged taxes by us, you agree that you will pay any applicable taxes or fees to your local or state tax agency for any purchases. We are not responsible for collecting, transmitting, or advising on taxes, duties, or other levies by the government regarding your purchases.
Licensing & Ownership
Zion Builder has three (3) types of licenses available for use.
Free license: does not provide a license key and can be included with the Purchaser’s own products. Zion Builder is licensed under the GNU General Public License v3 (https://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html).
Standard/Subscription license: the Purchaser will be given a license key which can be activated in the sites where the Product is installed.
Life Time license: it related to a standard license, and does not require a recurring payment.
Additionally, the customer may not sublicense, to any person or entity, any rights to distribute the software or license key, and doing so may result in the cancellation of your license without refund. Zion Builder will only provide support services to the original customer/ license-holder with a legitimate license key, and consider any other uses of this license key for support queries as fraudulent.
Third-party libraries are subject to their own licensing. You are responsible for reviewing and following their respective licensing Terms and Conditions.

These terms and conditions contain important information about your participation in surveys conducted by Zionbuilder.io.
You should read these terms and conditions carefully before answering any questions or commencing a survey.
Acceptance of these terms of use and participation
Your access to this website and participation in any survey will be governed by these terms.
By using this website, answering any survey questions, or commencing any survey conducted by Zionbuilder.io, you irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and Participation.
Links to the Terms of Use and Participation appear on each survey conducted by Zionbuilder.io to ensure survey participants can find them easily.
These terms and conditions incorporate the Zionbuilder.io Privacy Policy, which can be viewed here and any other terms, conditions, notices, and disclaimers contained elsewhere on this site.
We may change these terms at any time. If we do, an amended version of these terms will be posted on the site. Your continued use of the site or participation in any survey after any changes are made to the terms will be deemed to constitute your acceptance of those changes. If you object to any changes to the terms, your only remedy is to discontinue your use of the site and participation in any survey.
How do I participate in a survey
In order to participate in a Zion Builder survey, you will receive a request via email, a paper-based questionnaire, or a URL to participate. The email or URL request will provide you with a link to the survey. A paper-based survey will ask you to manually complete your responses, and will include details of how to submit your completed survey form. You may participate in a survey by:
- answering questions on-line via Google survey software interface;
- providing survey answers in an email;
- filling in a paper survey form; or
- providing answers to a survey through any other medium.
All personal information you provide to us will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your personal details will not be published on the site or sold to any third party.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login and password. You are wholly responsible for all activities that occur under your login and password.
What happens to the information I provide
Each request to participate in a survey has been commissioned by a Zionbuilder.io customer (Customer). That Customer has provided us with your contact details and has requested that you be invited to participate in the survey.
Zionbuilder.io policy in the use of data collected in surveys is that Participants will be advised how the data will be used at the beginning of the survey, and that the data collected can be used for any purpose known to the Participant. Unless it is made explicitly clear prior to completing a survey, Respondents identities and individual responses will not be disclosed by Zionbuilder.io. Zionbuilder.io will only provide the individual responses and feedback where permission is explicitly given by the Respondent.
Quantitative Data
Our surveys are specifically designed to deliver the best information without compromising a Respondent’s anonymity. When you complete a survey, the information you provide will be processed and aggregated into a report to be provided and used by the Customer. Zionbuilder.io produces the aggregate level report data by combining the answers of multiple Respondents across various demographic characteristics, to present overall perspectives and insights. In these cases, the results of the survey will be anonymous, using an appropriate minimum sample size of respondents for each analysis.
Raw survey responses are kept in Zionbuilder.io secure database(s). If Zionbuilder.io is asked to provide the raw data to the Customer, we will remove any identifiers, such as email addresses, prior to supplying the data. Further, the raw data will only be supplied with one demographic (such as state, category, or age) to negate the ability to triangulate the responses based on unique combinations of demographics.
All survey responses collected by Zionbuilder.io are de-identified in our database(s) and systems following provision of results to the Customer, and no later than 12 months following the conclusion of the survey.
Qualitative Data
Many of Zion Builder surveys contain “free text” elements, where Respondents can provide further information in their own words. Survey Respondents should note that these elements will be reported as they are written (i.e. unedited). Should a survey Respondent identify themself by name, writing style or otherwise, the Respondent will not remain anonymous. For transparency, Zionbuilder.io normally explain this on each of our Surveys.
Overall Information
Zionbuilder.io can aggregate confidential information gathered from the surveys we conduct and use this, together with other information is known to us, to perform industry benchmarking and comparisons for the benefit of ourselves and our Customers. We may also use this information for research, marketing, publishing and/or selling. Zionbuilder.io will always adhere to our policy of anonymity, and will not disclose the identities of any organization or individual in the use of the data.
Security
We have implemented technology and security policies, rules and measure to protect the personal information that we have under our control. However, you should be aware that there are risks in transmitting information across the internet.
Once any personal information comes into our possession, we will take reasonable steps to protect that information from misuse and loss and from unauthorized access, modification or disclosure. If you are concerned about conveying sensitive material to us over the internet, you might prefer to contact us by telephone or mail. We will remove personal information from our system where it is no longer required (except where archiving is required.)
Acceptance of risk and release from liability
You are wholly responsible for your participation on the site and/or in any survey and you use the site at your own risk.
You acknowledge that we are not responsible for, and accept no liability in relation to, your use of the site, your conduct in connection with the site, or your participation in any survey (whether online or offline) in any circumstance.
You are solely responsible for content that you transmit or post via the site and in any survey. We disclaim all liability with respect to any content transmitted or posted on the site or provided in any survey.
You agree to indemnify us for any loss, damage, cost or expense that we may suffer or incur as a result of or in connection with your use of or conduct in connection with the site or any survey, including any breach by you of the terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied representations and warranties which might apply in relation to your use of the site.
Surveys conducted on behalf of third parties
For the most part, Zionbuilder.io conducts surveys on behalf of third parties. Any rebate, gift, prize or other free item offered by a third party must be claimed from that third party. Zionbuilder.io is not responsible for any loss, damage or other claim arising from a failure by a third party to supply a rebate, gift, prize or other free items.
