If your license key doesn’t work or is not valid, please try to contact Zion Builder team quickly via messenger through the official website.
In general, the most common cases when the license is not valid or you have not received it, it’s because was not generated from our side.
The exception when the license key doesn’t work, it happens when migrate the project from an old URL to a new one. In this case, the license is valid and works, but the new URL of the site needs to be updated from your Zion Builder account.
My Account – License Keys section – Manage Sites -> and there authorize new site for your license by entering the full site URL.
